Verant, Lore Studio’s website proofreading platform, now offers free tools for checking social share previews, page metadata, and sitemaps. The additions extend its focus to how websites appear when shared and how their pages are made available to search engines.
The Open Graph checker previews the image, title, and description defined in a page’s sharing tags and flags missing tags. The metadata checker shows page titles, descriptions, canonical links, and indexing instructions. The sitemap checker lists the pages declared in a site’s sitemaps and shows its crawler rules.
Each tool is available without an account and can be used independently of a proofreading scan.
Verant continues to proofread live public pages for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and leftover placeholder text, with suggested corrections for teams to review and apply. Paid plans support site-wide proofreading. Pro and Ultra also include weekly monitoring of changed pages for new copy issues.
