Verant, Lore Studio’s website proofreading platform, is expanding into broader website readiness with free tools for social previews, page metadata, and sitemaps. The additions give agencies, marketing teams, and publishers more ways to review the details that shape a website’s launch and ongoing presentation.

Website quality extends beyond the copy visible on a page. A campaign link needs the right image and description when it is shared; pages intended for search need appropriate indexing instructions and a route for crawlers to find them. Verant’s new tools make those details available for review alongside its existing proofreading service.

The Open Graph checker previews a page’s share card and identifies missing tags. The metadata checker exposes its title, description, canonical link, and indexing instructions. The sitemap checker lists declared pages and crawler rules. Each check can run independently, without an account or code added to the website.

The proofreading service continues to work on live public pages, so teams review the copy their visitors actually encounter. It checks spelling, grammar, punctuation, and leftover placeholder text, returning the original wording with suggested corrections. Teams keep control of the edits and apply them through their own publishing tools.

For websites that change after launch, weekly monitoring rechecks pages with new or edited copy. After an initial summary, email alerts report newly found issues, keeping previous findings from being sent again each week. Monitoring is included with Pro and Ultra.

Designed and developed by Aesso, Verant combines free checks with paid proofreading plans. Paid subscriptions use monthly page allowances, with plans for small sites through to larger publishing teams.
